By creating an account, accessing, or using this platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided to help sports clubs and organizations manage rosters, schedules, statistics, communications, payments, and related activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, owners, and affiliates of this platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to reliance on statistics, scheduling information, payment processing, or communications made through the platform. Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you agree to release the platform operator from any and all liability arising from such use.
Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (such as Stripe). We are not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes arising from payment processing outside our direct control. All sales are final. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be authorized under any circumstances.
By registering your club or organization on the Service, you grant the platform operator permission to use your club's name, logo, and public information (including public-facing pages and branding) in marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to the platform's website, social media, and advertisements, for the purpose of promoting the Service. This permission does not extend to private, non-public data such as player records, payment details, or personal contact information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
